Shipping

All orders will ship with free stickers.

Make sure you provide us with the correct contact details and delivery address - Including apartment number, orders are sent to the address noted in the checkout.

Australia

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post, Orders will be on the road as soon as possible, usually the next business day following your order.  

Sydney orders should arrive between 2-3 business days.

Orders should reach Melbourne and Brisbane (and anywhere between) within 4-5 business days.

If you're ordering from anywhere else in Australia please allow a few extra days.

International 

International orders are sent via Australia Post's International Standard service, the shipping times vary depending on where we're sending your order, but most countries should get their order in around 10-14 business days, sometimes longer.

Please be patient, we have to allow time for parcels to be processed, cleared through customs and transferred into your local postal service.

Notifications

You should receive two emails, one when you place an order, and another once we've sent it out to you, this second email will contain your tracking information, so make sure you've given us an email address you check often.

If you haven't received an email, check your junk folder. Don't worry if it's not there - just let us know so we can confirm your details.
